The pool area was well maintained. The hotel offers a swim-up bar, and that was a plus. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist. I found this very helpful.

Cleaning in the rooms was subpar. The furniture seemed quite basic. The location was a bit far from the main shops. It was somewhat inconvenient without taxis.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!!!

The location was fantastic. It was a quick walk to Seminyak beach. I walked along the beach every morning. It was a two minute walk. A two minute walk also took me to a convenience store, massage day spa, and the main road with many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was yummy and included a great mix of western and Indonesian food.

The staff provided great service. They accommodated my needs, ensured I was catered for, and maintained prompt room service and cleaning. The kitchen and breakfast service were also clean and good.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked great, very important. The rooms offer a quiet spot away from main road traffic, so it was very relaxing.

The pool area has a large and clean pool. I also enjoyed table tennis at the resort. The pool temperature was perfect, I spent there great time!!!

the pool had a bar that was great.

My room had a strange smell upon arrival like it lacked ventilation. I also detected a sewer odor outside my room which wasn't nice. they charged me quite a bit for small stains on the sheets that probably could have been washed out that's disappointing.

The rooms were cleaned daily. The pool was big (i enjoyed swimming there). The location allowed me to walk easily to beach restaurants. I liked being able to walk out of my room and jump directly into the pool.

The furniture looked basic (nothing excellent).

i found the staff so lovely and accommodating, and the breakfast was great with many options available. the pool was amazing, a really great place to relax. our room was very clean, and i enjoyed the spaciousness it had.

i noticed the bathroom looked a bit dated .

staff members were always happy and ready to assist. the hotel provided a drying rack for clothes. daily replenishment of bottled water was provided, one bottle per guest. they were really helpful when i felt sick.
